e2v expands operations in US mil/aero systems sector

e2v has announced that, as part of an expansion of resources and capabilities focusing on the US military and aerospace electronics sectors, it has established e2v aerospace and defense inc, headquartered in Santa Clara, California.

e2v aerospace and defense has the necessary US infrastructure to spearhead e2v’s work in this important market sector.

This new organisation will encompass e2v’s QP Semi hi-rel semiconductor business alongside e2v’s other divisions, delivering RF power and high performance imaging solutions, to the US aerospace and defense market.

“We have established e2v aerospace and defense with the necessary sales, applications, engineering, assembly, test and after market resource needed to build on our existing business and to be a strong technology solutions provider to the US aerospace and defense market” said Joe Bronson, President, adding, “it puts us in a pretty unique position in this industry and we look forward to taking our solutions and services to a new level in the US”.
